Protein Smoothie

This smoothie can be changed to satisfy your tastebuds.  Change up the berries and fruits or add some bright green veggies like kale or spinach to up the Vitamin C content!!  I am addicted to this smoothie.  It satisfies my sweet cravings and it leaves me feeling satisfied!

250 ml almond/rice/soy milk
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 scoops protein powder (your choice of flavour – I am a VANILLA lover!!)
2 tbsp  ground flaxseed
1 tsp almond  butter

Blend together and ENJOY!!!!
