Killer Ab Workout that WORKS!

This exercise is a more advanced and challenging version of your basic plank.  It incorporates both isometric movement (where the muscle length does not change during a contraction) and isotonic movement (dynamic movements through a range of motion).
“Fit and healthy abs should be able to resist external forces, flex, extend, and rotate, and this moves does all of these. You’ll also burn more calories because it uses more muscles than just the abdominals,” says Marta Montenegro, an exercise physiologist and adjunct professor at Florida International University.To do it:Start in a plank position with one small towel placed under each ball of your foot, legs together. Bring your left knee in towards the right side of your chest, squeezing your abs. Then, straighten your right leg back out to full plank and bring your right knee in towards the left side of the your chest and back out to full plank. Next, draw both knees into your chest at the same time and then slide your legs back out to full plank. That’s one rep. Build up to 3 sets of 12-15 reps (resting in between).

Just a warning…this one’s gonna hurt!!!

    Together with the correct diet, you need the proper type of exercises. It is widely advised to have cardiovascular exercises such as brisk walking, running, and bicycling among others. These types of exercise, when done on a every day basis at least for an hour are your certain step to accomplish a six-pack abs speedily.

    First off is to stop going to the quick food places and eating greasy foods with lots of calories. It is often tempting and convenient to grab a burger or whatever from your favorite quickly food place but this just isn’t going to enable you to along the way, it will cripple you and all your hard work. If you’re not too over weight and just must shed those extra few pounds to be able to get that six pack you’ve often wanted you may must focus and have dedication.
