13 Secrets to Portion Control

You have managed to change your eating habits and are eating healthier.   If you aren’t seeing lower numbers on the scale it could be because your portion sizes are too large.  Just because you are making healthier food choices, it doesn’t mean you should be eating more of these foods at every meal.  Here are  some tips to help you maintain proper portion control.
