10 Health Perks of Yoga

If you don’t know this about me already, I am a yoga lover.  Dedicated yogi for years (I practiced it during both my pregnancies) and true die-hard fan of hot yoga for almost  a year now.  The physical and mental benefits are just too great to be ignored.  I feel stronger, more flexible and just plain happier and less stressed than I have in years.  If what I am saying isn’t enough reason to get you to try it, read this article about the many health benefits of practicing yoga.
