Living Your Moksha

Are you living your Moksha?  I am!!!  I just registered for the 7-week Living your Moksha Challenge.

Living Your Moksha is an on- and off-the-mat yoga challenge for people from all walks of life. Over the course of 7 weeks, participants will engage in one challenge per week. Together, we embark on a journey of creating a more peaceful life and a more balanced world. Essentially, the challenge is to really bring your yoga to life!

The Living Your Moksha challenges are founded on Moksha Yoga’s 7 Pillars: Be Healthy, Be Accessible, Live Green, Sangha Support, Reach Out, Live to Learn, and Be Peace. Each week, a challenge is given based on one of the pillars. To learn more about the 7 Pillars, click here.

It only costs $10 to register and all net proceeds go towards building 7 schools in 7 countries with Free The Children!  Come on, join me.  Do something good for your soul.

The challenge begins today so get out there and create new boundaries.
