Some quick workout tips for those Trouble Spots

We all have them ladies…whether it’s that back flab just below our bra strap or the excess skin that hangs over our jeans when we sit down, they are those “trouble” spots that we wish would just disappear with the snap of our fingers.  Since miracles aren’t that common, and well, you know me, nothing worth having comes easy anyway, here are some exercise moves that you can try for each of your trouble spots.
