Brown Rice and Apple Stuffing

7 Oct

Happy Thanksgiving again everyone!!  Hope you enjoy this day with all your loved ones and remember to be thankful for all the good in your lives.  I am thankful for my children, and for all the wonderful people in my life who I love and adore.  I am also very thankful for Tosca Reno and her never ending source of healthy recipes.  Even on a day like today we can choose to Eat Clean and still enjoy our meal.  Here’s a great “stuffing” recipe that doesn’t have to be eaten stuffed in to a turkey!  I will be making this together with some of the other recipes I posted on Friday.

Enjoy!
