Ways to Boost Energy

I don’t know if it’s just me but I am finding it extremely difficult to wake up in the morning lately and it doesn’t matter what time I go to bed, I am feeling pretty drained by the time 3pm hits.  It could be this time of year, and the grey skies we’ve been having of late don’t help either.  Either way, my bed is something I can’t seem to get enough of these days.

Many of us (myself included) are inclined to reach for that cup of java to give us our energy boost and although coffee definitely has its benefits, you must keep in mind that with every high comes a crash so be wary of drinking too much caffeine as a means for keeping you energized throughout the day.
