An Interesting Read…

I normally try not to push my personal dietary choices on to my readers but when an interesting article comes along, I feel obligated to share it with you.  I have many reasons why I choose not to consume dairy or allow my children to consume it either.  The reasons go beyond what is mentioned in this article, however, the facts mentioned in this case are a good start for others to consider whether giving their kids milk really is the best way for them to be getting their daily calcium intake – especially if you’re trying to be conscious of the amount of sugar being added to their diets.
