Stress seems to be something everyone suffers from.  Whether it’s the stress of work, home, kids, spouse/partner, or the every day stress of there just not being enough hours in a day, each and every one of us are faced to battle the demons of stress much too often.  There are different ways of trying to alleviate stress through breathing techniques and exercise and meditation but did you know that there are certain foods you can eat to help fight your stress levels?  Who knew???  Here is an interesting read about foods that fight stress…
