Best Ab Workout – The Plank

We all know it and some of us hate it but like it or not you know it works.  The plank is one of the toughest, most effective ab workouts out there.  I actually prefer them to the old fashioned crunches and find them to give better results.  Check out the link below for different variations of plank exercises and give them a try!
