10 Ways to Drink More Water!

We all know it, but do we all do it??  You know…drinking on average, about 8 cups of water a day?  I know I’m guilty some days of not meeting my quota.  Here are some helpful tips on what to do to remind you to  drink more water and to make your water drinking experience a little more exciting.

And remember ladies, for those of you working out (especially if any of you are doing hot yoga) you need to up the ante on the amount of water you are consuming.  For those of you practicing hot yoga, you may also want to consider coconut water – if you haven’t already – to help replace all the electrolytes you lose in a heated yoga practice.
