I love it when I come across an article that reiterates everything I have already said at one time or another. You already know that we have no control over getting older and as we age, our metabolism naturally begins to slow down. Read this article below to find out if you are engaging in any of these habits that may be causing your metabolism to slow down even more!!
I must note, however, that I agree with every single tip offered in this article except for slide #9. They are correct in saying that you need to be getting enough calcium but we all know that milk is NOT the only way to increase your calcium intake. Think dark, leafy green vegetables like kale, collard greens, romaine lettuce and spinach.
