Core Exercises to Relieve Back Pain

If I had to say what would be the most common complaint I hear from clients about their aches and pains, it would have to be their back.  Whether it’s a herniated disc, uneven spine, after effects of an epidural or just bending the wrong way one day, we have all experienced some sort of back pain in our life.  The pain can sometimes be debilitating.  There is never one easy solution for any given problem but one thing is for sure…the stronger your core, the stronger your back.  So why not take the time to watch this video and/or read this article and try some of these moves that may just contribute to relieving your back pain?
