Superfoods That are Easy to Eat

I have talked about superfoods before but what I particularly liked about this article is that some of the ones mentioned here include seeds that can easily be added to your every day diet by simply sprinkling them on a salad or blending them in to your protein shake and/or smoothie.  I personally include at least 6 of the 8 superfoods in my DAILY diet (I have not yet gotten in to the fermentation process and am not a fan of goji berries).  And anyone who has ever had dinner at my house can rest assured that their meal will include some kale and quinoa at the very least ;)!!

1.  Quinoa
2.  Hemp seeds
3.  Kale
4.  Chia seeds
5.  Fermented foods
6.  Cacao
7.  Goji berries
8.  Seaweed
