Exercises to Help with Low Back Pain

The most common complaint I hear about any sort of body ache is lower back pain.  There are many things that can be done to help reduce the pain in your backside, and I will always tell clients to start by strengthening their core.  Check out the link below for some specific exercises you can do to target your lower back and hopefully reduce or even remove your risk of lower back pain.
