Yoga and Weight Loss

I don’t know how many articles I have written and/or shared about yoga and the wonderful effects it has for your body and soul.  I do know that I will continue to share more amazing articles that prove you should incorporate yoga in to your lifestyle if you haven’t already.

Although I don’t completely agree with this article in the sense that “yoga may not make you lose weight in and of itself” (anyone who has done a power, vinyasa yoga practice in a hot room knows how many calories are burned!!) it shares other reasons why it is linked to weight loss, not to mention the other articles it connects you to related to yoga.
