5 Goals you SHOULD add to your To Do List!

Sometimes we have the right idea but need to be a little more specific with exactly what it is we are looking for.  Just saying you want to lose 5-10 pounds is not necessarily a goal that can be easily attained.  It’s not specific enough.  I always remind my clients about being SMART when setting goals:

S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Attainable
R = Realistic
T = Timed

Now, keeping the above in mind, here are 5 goals you should definitely incorporate into your lifestyle.  Doing so will set you up for a greater chance of success which is so much more appealing than setting yourself up for failure.

1 – Lower your body fat percentage

2 – Get stronger

3 – Master a skill

4 – Make fitness part of your routine

5 – Train for an event
