The Benefits of Yoga for Those Who Already Exercise

Even large chain gyms are realizing the enormous benefits of yoga.  Here is an article from GoodLife Fitness newsletter that speaks to the benefits yoga provides to someone who is already active and exercises regularly.  It’s a great addition to your already existing workout routine and counter some of the negative effects we may feel from tight and over trained muscles.  Personally, I don’t ever workout without incorporating yoga into either my warmup or cool down.  For me it’s just not a complete workout without some stretching and bending.
