Upper Body Strength Workshop

If you are looking for a way to increase your upper body strength and learn proper technique for some of the most basic yoga poses, you won’t want to miss this workshop!!!  It will include a mini power flow class with focus on arm, shoulder, back and core strengthening poses to warm up our bodies and the rest of the workshop will include breakdown of certain poses and teaching you how to become aware of the upper body muscles you need to use in some of the most common yoga poses, leading up to the more challenging, arm balance poses and inversions.  It will be a fun way to take your practice a little further while allowing you the opportunity to ask questions you may not normally ask in a regular yoga class and the ability to work with other students in some partner work.
